Type of personal data
Generally, the use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Only website-use information (e.g. browser type, pages visited and access time) are transmitted. Reservation of hotel rooms, arrangements or other services
We collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number or other payment information, reservation data (such as arrival and departure dates, special requests) or other data that you voluntarily provide to provide you with the requested services.
With the exception of credit card and payment information, the data you provide will be stored in our central reservation system and kept for as long as permitted by law or as long as required by tax and commercial law.
Your data is transmitted via a secure connection of the bookassist.com booking system. Bookassist is verified as a service provider by VeriSign Security Verification. The credit card data page of Bookassist is protected by secure Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your name, credit card number, and expiration date before the data is sent.
Subscribe to our newsletter
Personal data (name and valid email address) is required to register and receive our email newsletter. The newsletter will not be sent without your consent. After registration you will receive a confirmation by email with a link to the final registration for our newsletter. Youu have the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us or by contacting our office at email@example.com.
Our newsletters are sent via "MailChimp", a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as further data described in the context of these notes, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or pass them on to third parties. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and thus commits itself to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process them on our behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and in particular not to pass them on to third parties.
For the voucher order and the dispatch, the indication of personal data (in particular name, dispatch address) is necessary. The personal data required for delivery will be passed on to the postal service responsible for delivery.
Disclosure of your data to third parties
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties beyond this, unless you have separately consented to the disclosure of your personal data or we have justified indications that oblige us to do so on the basis of a court decision or by law.
We use "cookies" on our website to make your visit to our website safe, effective, and attractive. The installation of certain cookies is subject to your consent.
